Our medical accompaniment service allows you to have a health professional by your side who supports you, reassures you, and helps you clarify the information transmitted by the doctor.
After the consultation, we also take the time to review what was said, to explain in simple and accessible terms the medical situation and the recommendations to follow.

Accompaniment with or without translator
We also offer a medical accompaniment service with a translator for people who do not master the language of the health professional. The goal is to allow each patient to:
- Understand medical explanations clearly.
- Communicate fluently with the doctor or the healthcare team.
- Ask all necessary questions to better understand their health situation.
Translation of Medical Documents
We also offer a service for translating medical documents or interpreting during consultations for patients who need linguistic assistance.
The goal is to allow each patient to:

Coverage and Insurance
Medical accompaniment, the presence of a translator, or the translation of documents are generally not part of the services covered by basic insurance (LAMal). In some cases, supplementary insurance may contribute to the costs, but part of the service most often remains the responsibility of the patient.
All details regarding coverage, options, and possible financial aids are explained during a first interview with one of our professionals. This exchange allows clarifying the situation and adapting the support to everyone's needs and means.
